This student should receive a score of 5 on this test item.

    The test administrator presented the item as described and the student responded correctly. The PASA administrator did give both the beginning prompt and alternate prompt, but since there was not time for the student to respond between the prompts this is considered a "string" of prompts. The specific scoring criteria applied is the following:
  • Student correctly responded after the beginning prompt or a "string" (i.e., a series of beginning prompts without a sufficient pause to give the student time to respond).
