Reports

Each year an Individual Student Report is developed for every student who participated in the PASA assessment. Two copies of the report are sent to the student's service provider who administered the assessment in the spring. It is the responsibility of the service provider to ensure that parents get a copy of the Individual Student Report and a copy gets placed in the student's permanent record. The reports are prepared in late August and sent out in mid to late September. Individual Student Reports provide a "snapshot" of the student's performance on the assessment in a format that displays strengths as well as areas in need of improvement. It also contains helpful graphics that display the student's performance on the various measures.

Additionally, summaries of student performances are prepared in a "Service Provider Report" and a "Home District Report" which are available early in the school year. Annual summary reports are prepared for the state. They can be viewed by selecting the specific year to the left on this page.
