Enroll Students

Students in grades 3 through 8 and grade 11 who have been determined by their IEP team to meet the PASA eligibility criteria must be enrolled prior to test administration. Enrollment window for the present year can be viewed on the PASAassessment home page. The assessment coordinator needs to collaborate with the service providers to submit all enrollment forms in a timely manner. It is critical that the forms are completely filled out, because the information requested is needed for the purpose of complying with federal and state regulations.

PASA Assessment Level Descriptions Replace Math and Reading Skills Checklists

All Reading and Math checklists have been replaced with assessment level descriptions.

If you need help choosing the test level you believe the student should be assigned, please review the PASA Assessment descriptions for Math (A, B or C) or Reading (A, B or C).
