Students in grades 3 through 8 and grade 11 who have been determined by the IEP team to meet the
PASA eligibility criteria must be enrolled prior to test administration. Enrollment window is Oct 1 - Nov 6.
The assessment coordinator needs to collaborate with the service providers to submit all enrollment forms in a timely manner.
It is critical that the forms are completely filled out, because the information requested is needed for the purpose of complying with
federal and state regulations.
